Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within two days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please follow the steps below to make a return or exchange:

• Pack the product carefully in its original packaging.
• Include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
• Send the package to the address provided with the returns number clearly indicated on the packaging.
• Once we have received and inspected the product, we will send you a confirmation email and refund or exchange the product, depending on your choice.
